Now Booking: 24th July Butchery Dinner with Jason Atherton and Packington Pork
Join Jason Atherton at Temple and Sons on Monday 24th July for our next supplier dinner with special guests Packington Pork.
The evening will begin at 7pm with a welcome drink and canapés in the bar at Temple and Sons, followed by a butchery demonstration – a fantastic opportunity to learn more about where our meat comes from and how to make the most of different cuts of pork. Jason will also be on hand to answer any questions guests may have.
Moving upstairs to the restaurant, Jason and executive chef Paul Walsh will then prepare a sumptuous 4-course feast for guests, with pork the star ingredient.
Priced at £65 per head for the welcome drink, canapés and 5-course dinner, there will also be an optional £25 wine flight available on the night.
